If you report an issue with RenoCerta Control and we do not fix it, we will refund 100% of the price you paid for the product. Email info@renocerta.com with your order reference and a description of the issue so we can help. If it remains unresolved, request your full refund.
What exactly is RenoCerta Control?
It is downloadable renovation planning software for a Windows x64 computer. Your download includes the installer and an offline customer guide. It helps you organise your own project records; it is not a building contractor or project-management service.
Can I use it on my phone or Mac?
This release runs on Windows x64 only. It is not a macOS, mobile, Chromebook or browser app. View the actual product screenshots to see the interface before purchasing.
Will Windows show an installation warning?
This release is unsigned. Windows may display an unknown-publisher or security-reputation warning, and some devices may block installation. Contact info@renocerta.com for help. Do not disable your device security.
Where are my photos and financial records stored?
The desktop app saves project information on your device and does not automatically send it to RenoCerta. You choose where to export or back up your work, including any cloud-synced folder. The app does not encrypt its records. Store orders and support enquiries are separate from your project data.
Can it read my invoices automatically?
It can extract draft information from supported PDFs and images using local text reading and English OCR. You must check and approve the result. Automated PDF reading covers up to 20 pages; individual files are limited to 50 MB.
Does it use online AI?
The offline assistant uses built-in guidance and your saved records. It is not a general online AI assistant. App features work offline, and no app account or activation is required in this version.
Can I keep a backup of my project?
Yes. Export a full project backup and keep a copy somewhere safe. Backups are manual, so make them regularly. Your computer and any cloud-sync service you choose control access to those files.
Who do I contact for help?
Email info@renocerta.com with your order reference, Windows version, RenoCerta version and what you were doing when the problem occurred. Include the exact error message or a screenshot with personal information removed. Do not send invoices, financial records or project backups in your first message.
